These terms cover the websites of the Kiwanis Voices Club of Nippon (KVCN): kvcn.org, pulse.kvcn.org, katalyst.kvcn.org, learn.kvcn.org, and academy.kvcn.org. By using the sites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

Who can use the sites

The public pages and the free learning resources are open to everyone. Children should use the learning pages with a parent's or guardian's permission. Katalyst is for adult Kiwanis members only.

Using the sites fairly

• Use the sites for their intended purpose.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape in bulk, or gain unauthorized access to the sites or other members' accounts.
• Use the Study Buddy for schoolwork and learning. Do not try to make it produce unsafe, harmful, or off-topic content.

About the Study Buddy

The Study Buddy is a free AI study helper. It can be wrong or incomplete, so check important facts and treat it as a learning aid, not a source of professional advice. It does not give medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. It is not a crisis service: if you or someone you know is in danger or distress, talk to a trusted adult right away or contact your local emergency or child help line.

Content and trademarks

The KVCN name and the Kiwanis name and marks belong to their respective owners and may not be used without permission. The Katalyst platform is technology contributed for the club's use. Links to outside resources are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content of other websites.

No warranty and limits

The sites are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, KVCN and its volunteers are not liable for any loss arising from use of the sites or the Study Buddy.

Changes

We may update these terms as our sites grow. We will change the date above when we do.
